PriceBark ("we," "us," or "our") collects minimal information to provide our price tracking and alert services:
WhatsApp Phone Number: When you sign up for price drop alerts, we collect your WhatsApp phone number solely to send you notifications when tracked product prices drop to your target.
Email Address: If you choose email alerts instead of WhatsApp, we collect your email address for the same purpose.
Product URLs: We store the Amazon.ae product URLs you submit for price tracking.
Usage Data: We may collect basic, anonymized usage data such as page views and feature usage to improve our service. This does not include personally identifiable information.
We use your information exclusively to:
• Send you price drop alerts via WhatsApp or email when tracked products reach your target price.
• Improve and maintain our price tracking service.
• Communicate important service updates (rarely, and only when necessary).
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
PriceBark is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.ae. When you click on product links on our site, these links may contain affiliate tracking codes. This does not affect the price you pay — it is the same price as visiting Amazon.ae directly.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We only store your phone number or email and the product URLs you track. We do not store passwords, payment information, or any other sensitive data.
We use the following third-party services to operate PriceBark:
• Twilio / WhatsApp Business API: For sending WhatsApp notifications.
• Vercel: For hosting our website.
Each of these services has their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
You may at any time:
• Request deletion of your data by emailing us at hello@pricebark.com.
• Unsubscribe from alerts by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
PriceBark uses minimal cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
